Devon County Council have no specific plans for the ‘creation’ of smart buildings
* – What current or planned projects do you have to upgrade or retrofit old building stock under your control?
Current planned projects to upgrade and retrofit include Lucombe House in Exeter and we are continually looking at retrofit options across the estate.
* – What, if any, budget has been set aside for the above projects?
Any identified work to retrofit DCC buildings is funded through Devon County Council’s ‘Replace and Upgrade Corporate Estate’ budget as well as any external funding bids which may be available to contribute towards this work. Our budget information can be found here
