Please provide a list of all individual Section 74 overstay charges, fines and fees made for all of 2018, 2019 and 2020 YTD.
Please list the individual values requested, how much was settled/paid and which companies and legal entities these were charged to each time.

Please also provide all policy documents and guidelines, plus internal communications information regards targets, goals, bonus payments and incentives used to incentivise or motivate staff to raise or increase these charges.
Devon County Council do not have goals, bonus payments or incentives to motivate staff and all charges are defined in the New Roads and Streetworks Act 1991.
