3. How many new potholes were reported in 2018, 2017, 2016 and 2015?
It is difficult to provide a complete response to this question as up to 30% of reported road surface defects do not meet the published safety defect criteria to be logged as potholes and up to 50% can be duplicates. However, we have provided numbers for the years in question in previous responses, see below :
