Providers are consulted annually through our Provider Engagement Network arrangements Care homes fee rates uplift 2021/22 – Have Your Say (devon.gov.uk), and this year they replied both individually and collectively through the Care Homes Collaborative, an extensive network of care home providers.

Devon County Council engages with providers of adult social care services using the Provider Engagement Network which we have established as a means of providing information to and receiving feedback from all providers, including care homes. The Provider Engagement Network covers all care homes within the county, and they are directly sent links to the information held on the Provider Engagement Network website.

Within the care home sector there is an independent organisation which Devon County Council also liaises with, called Devon Care Homes Collaborative, but not all care homes in the county are members of that organisation.
