Please can you provide the report/s relating to the desk study conducted by Frederick Sherrell limited prior to the construction of the Bideford and East-the-Water Industrial Link Road (Eastern Distributor Road), now known as Manteo Way. Could you also please provide site inspection records during the construction of this road which relate to the sub-surface mine workings which were encountered.
