This FOI request relates to the double yellow lines painted at Flowerpot Lane, Exeter, EX4 1DH in 2008 or early 2009. Please provide the below information:
1. All the information (reports, notes, minutes of meeting etc) used to support your decision to paint the double yellow lines at Flowerpot Lane, Exeter, EX4 1DH.
2. Was a survey undertaken by DCC of the residents at Flowerpot Lane to seek their views/opinions about the double yellow lines? If so, please provide the results of that survey.
3. If this matter was discussed by Councillors, please provide the minutes of those meetings including the minutes where the Councillors gave their approval to the double yellow lines being painted at Flowerpot Lane, Exeter, EX4 1DH.
I understand that notices would have been posted on street lamp posts etc advising of the proposed double lines at Flowerpot Lane, Exeter, EX4 1DH. In addition to the information requested in my email below, please also provide a copy of the notice at the time advising of the proposed double yellow lines.
