In response to No.1, Devon County Council do not provide this service as described. However, we do provide an Adult Learning and Disability Service and the budget for this is again available in our published budgets.
In response to No.9, sports facilities are the responsibility of district, city or unitary councils and Devon County Council therefore hold no budgetary responsibility for providing these. In relation to these, we would recommend that you contact a district, city or unitary council for further information.
