Correspondence and information which is personal information to the applicant and other individuals has been redacted or withheld pursuant to Regulation 12(3) of the Environmental Information Regulations 2004. The applicant is able to make a personal application for information pursuant to the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018.
2. All files and notes in electronic, hard-copy or other format relating (or otherwise connected) to Planning Applications 10/21/0016 and 10/22/0015; Including, but not limited to, documents, meeting notes, meeting schedules, attendance records, labels, etc published and unpublished.
Further to the response to question 1, the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty Partnership Team do not have any further files or notes as described.
