Construction of Phase 1 of Tiverton Eastern Urban Extension Access with slip roads on to the A361 has been completed but is not open to traffic yet. The developer of the residential development forming the Urban Extension is currently constructing a link road to Blundells Road and this is also not open to traffic at present.
