Take action to protect your team’s mental health
In support of World Mental Health Day, 10th October 2025, we urge employers to go beyond awareness and take practical steps to prevent work-related stress. In 2023 to 2024 around half of all self-reported work-related ill health cases in Great Britain were linked to stress, depression or anxiety. This resulted in increased absence, reduced productivity and higher staff turnover.
This World Mental Health Day, take a meaningful step to support your team’s wellbeing.
You can:
- review whether your team’s workloads are realistic and deadlines achievable
