Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme – bookings for the February half term

This half‑term offer provides two sessions per eligible child as part of a limited pilot to help us understand how valuable half‑term provision is for families. Sessions will run between 14th and 22nd February.

Please remember if you have already expressed an interest in any sessions you will still need to go back and book from 30th January but you should have received a reminder via the EEQU system as well.

The Government‑funded HAF programme offers fun activities and a nutritious meal to children aged 5 to 16 who receive benefits‑related Free School Meals.

Across Devon, we have around 80 locations delivering a wide range of activities including cooking, crafts, sports and coaching, outdoor and forest play, music, dance, and much more.

If your child receives benefits‑related Free School Meals, you can book using the EEQU system where your child’s eligibility will be checked automatically, and you can view and manage all bookings in one place.

We have been delivering HAF since 2018, and many families who do not meet the Free School Meals criteria have been able to access places through our extended criteria. To learn more, please visit: Information for parents and carers – Children, families and education
