Find World Book Day costumes for free in Devon Libraries

Libraries Unlimited is partnering with Recycle Devon to bring World Book Day costume swap rails to 15 libraries in Devon.

World Book Day 2026 is Thursday 5 March, and library swap rails are running until Sunday 8 March. Customers are invited to donate outgrown, unwanted children’s costumes in good, wearable condition. Costumes will be available to take home for free!

15 libraries across Devon and Torbay are participating in World Book Day costume swaps.

Find a costume swap rail at the following libraries: Barnstaple, Newton Abbot, Chudleigh, South Molton, Dawlish, Torquay, Pinhoe, Sidmouth, Torrington, Kingsbridge, Holsworthy, Tavistock, Exmouth, Paignton, and Ivybridge.


Free Kellogg’s Breakfast at Morrisons during school holidays

From Monday 16th February families visiting any Morrisons’ 343 Cafes  across the country during school holidays will be able to request a free ‘Kellogg’s Breakfast’. This includes a bowl of Kellogg’s cereal (Rice Krispies or Corn Flakes), milk or a milk alternative, and an apple or banana. The offer is universally accessible, requires no signup, and meets school food standards.
