LD can offer a bespoke programme tailored to the needs of the school and the individual that enhances and supports recruitment, talent development, and talent retention. The programme aims to offer a complete package that enables vacant positions to be filled with dedicated and knowledgeable staff whilst meeting the needs of the individual by offering a bespoke learning programme based on their needs and wants.
LD can advise and possibly facilitate a recruitment event that is enriched by the schools presence by providing information on the role whilst LD offers workshops on employability (e.g interview skills), short training sessions (accredited courses e.g.food hygiene), and looking at developing the individual with industry qualifications (Early Years Professional certification), Maths, English, Digital Skills and a host of other courses / programmes to enhance future prospects.
