Provider Agreement – early years entitlement funding for children under 5 years of age (terms and conditions of funding)

We have recently updated our Provider Agreement in line with the new entitlements that have come into effect from 1st April 2024.

Please can we ask that you read through the document to familiarise yourselves with the terms and conditions of funding. We are not asking providers to sign a new provider agreement as when making the termly headcount and amendment claims you have a ‘Submission/Provider Declaration’ which confirms you have read the Provider Agreement and agree to comply.

Once you have read the document, if you no longer wish to be registered for the Early Years entitlement Funding, please email us as soon as possible and ask to be de-registered.

Please can we draw your attention to the administrative charges section of the agreement. The current administrative charges will remain in place until the 31st of August and the new charges will come into effect from 1st September 2024.
