The DfE has published its official response to the consultation on proposed changes to strengthen safeguarding requirements in the statutory Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

The Early Years Financial Incentive programme is a new initiative designed to address critical staffing challenges in nurseries and pre-schools across England.

Please can you bring to the attention of your parents / carers that measles is spreading and for parents/carers to make sure their child(ren) have received both doses of the Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR) vaccine.

This guidance is for primary schools but will also be of interest to those who want to know more about how pupils learn to write, including early years providers.

Early Years Providers who are in receipt of individual inclusion funding are now required to submit a concise termly review of how the funding has been used. We have extended the summer deadline from 31st May to 31st July. Please ensure that all reviews are submitted by 31 July 2025.
