Household Support Fund (HSF7): Devon’s approach
Devon County Council (DCC) has been awarded funding of £8,926,693 by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) for the seventh Household Support Fund (HSF7) which runs until 31 March 2026.
The fund is designed to provide rapid short-term financial support to address economic vulnerability and financial hardship.
It should be used to support households who are struggling to meet their food, energy, water and other essential living needs.
Please be aware that the current round of Household Support Funding (HSF7) is ending, and we will not accept applications after the 19th March 2026.
We will not be able to review any applications after this date. Please ensure applications made between now and the 19th March have correct bank details, home addresses and email details. Incorrect details will result in delays that could mean families do not receive an approved payment.
