Decision to award the contract for CP2132-21 – Devon and Dorset Dormouse Conservation Strategy (national pilot) –

Part 2:  Regulation Review,  following a Formal Request for Quotation process.

Decision Taken:

To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract.  The contract will commence on 25th November 2021, for the period of 4 Months.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier achieving the best overall score for a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A competitive process was undertaken, from which three bids were received.
