Proposed purchase of 85.45 acres of agricultural land at Lee, Near Marwood, North Devon

Decision Taken:

Approval to authorise NPS SW Ltd (DCCs Property Services Provider) to bid for and agree terms and conditions for the purchase of the land set out above.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

An opportunity has arisen for DCC to purchase agricultural land adjoining an existing DCC farmstead. The land has recently been marketed for sale in two lots through an agent and will be sold by auction on 15 July 2016.
