Decision Taken:

To extend the current contract facilitated by the below named organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract extension will commence on 1^st January 2018 for the period of 15 Months until 31st March 2019

An options appraisal identified that an extension to the existing contract will provide best value.

An options appraisal was completed and the following options considered:

Retender the contract
Continue to use the existing framework contract

Let the contract expire and have no contract in place.
