Decision to award the contract for CP2216-22 – Peninsula Residential Children’s Homes Flexible Purchasing System (FPS) a tender process.
To award a place on the FPS to the below organisation(s) for the provision of Children’s Residential Homes. The contract will start on the 1st of February 2023, for the period of 72 Months (5 years) with an option to extend for a further 2x 24 months. The opportunity was split into two lots as follows:
Lot 1 Residential Children’s Homes for Children in Care.

The decision has been taken on the basis of suppliers meeting the requirements of the selection criteria set out in selection questionnaire and meeting the requirement of an Ofsted grading of Requires Improvement or Above (or equivalent).
A competitive process was undertaken from which 14 bids were received these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
