Decision to award the contract for CPQ1996-60 Stover Ornamental Lake Feasibility Study following an open domestic ‘Request for Quotation’ process

Decision Taken:

To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 26th January 2021 for a period of six months until 1st July 2021.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of the supplier achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A competitive process was undertaken from which five bids were received these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
