above contract. The contract commenced on 1st July 2015, for the
period of 12 Months.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of the supplier achieving an
acceptably high overall score within a best value tender (optimum
combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European
Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically
Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A competitive process was undertaken from which no other bids
were received to be considered as part of the formal evaluation
process.
