A competitive process was undertaken during which three suppliers were invited to submit bids as part of the formal quotation process.
A single bid was received, which was formally evaluated and a decision to accept a single quotation was taken in accordance with the procedures set out in the Authority’s Procedure for Tenders and Contracts.
