Decision Taken:

To extend the contract (subject to due diligence) with the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract extension will commence on 1st April 2019 until 31st March 2020.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of an options appraisal carried out which showed that extending the current contract to be the most suitable option.

An options appraisal considered the following four options:
• Extend the current contract
• Re-tender the contract
• Call-off of an existing framework
• Allow the contract to expire

There is no conflict of interest in relation to the extension of this contract
