Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

We are requesting the allocation of an additional £13,000 to the above project funded from savings on the Combe Martin Primary School Heating and External Refurbishment project.

The additional costs are due to unforeseen asbestos removal works that were required to be undertaken due to the failure and replacement of the existing roof lights.

This extra £13,000 will bring the total amount allocated to the project to £187,000.
