Decision Taken:
To award a contract (Subject to due diligence) to the below organisation(s) for the provision of the above contract. The contract will start on the 25th of April 2022 and will operate until 31st January 2023. There is an option to proceed to Stage 2 (Construction) at the Council’s discretion and subject to achieving the requirements as set out in the Scope and associated tender documents. The programme for Stage 2 will be agreed with the Council should agreement be reached to proceed to Stage 2.

The decision has been taken based on the supplier(s) achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).
