Decision to award a contract for the construction of the Ivybridge Recycling Centre (CP1088-14) following a domestic open tender process.
To award a contract (subject to due diligence) to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract is expected to commence during January for the period of 15 months.

The decision has been taken based on the supplier achieving the highest aggregate score for quality and price as set out in appendices D, H and J of the instructions for tendering.

A competitive tender process was undertaken where seven bids were received. These were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
