Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The sum of £113,000 has previously been approved and allocated to this project.   Following the discovery of asbestos with required removal, an additional allocation of £8,000 is now required.
Approval is requested to take £8,000 savings from the Kingsbridge Primary Replacement Block project and move them to this project at Bishops Nympton.
