Decision to award the contract for CP1373–16 Collaborative Contract for Maintenance and Improvement of Road Restraint Systems 2017, following an OJEU EU open tender process.
To award a contract (Subject to due diligence) to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 1st June 2017, for the period of 34 Months, with an option to extend for a further 36months

The decision has been taken on the basis of the supplier achieving the lowest price to compliant specification.
A competitive process was undertaken from which 6 bids were received these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process.
