Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The sum of £22,000 has already been approved for this project.Following extensive conversations with the proposed lift manufacturer, it has become apparent that additional works are required due to the external nature of where the lift will be positioned. The cost of the additional work is £4,000.Approval is requested to increase the allocation for this project by £4,000 to £26,000 and this will be funded from savings on the heat pump project at Montgomery Primary School.
