To direct award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 4th February 2019 until 1st April 2019. Transform Research Consultancy Ltd

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier(s) achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A direct award from LOT 1 was made as per the Framework Agreement for CPF1441-17 Economic Research & Bid Support Framework.
