Decision Taken:

To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on the 1^st May 2021 for the period of 12 moths and end on 30/04/2022.

Crowdfunder UK:

First & Second Floor, 11 Cliff Road, Newquay, Cornwall, TE7 2NE.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken to extend the contract for 12 months and the longer-term requirement should be subject to further commissioning and re-procurement.

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

The alternative option was to retender but due to the nature of the market and pandemic this will not be achievable.

There were no conflicts of interest.
