Decision Taken:

To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the
above contract. The contract will commence on the 13th September
2021 for the period of 9 months and end on the 30th June 2022.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken to direct award the contract for 9
months and the longer-term requirement should be subject to further
commissioning and re-procurement.

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

The alternative option was to tender but due to the nature of the
market and pandemic this will not be achievable.

Details of any conflict of interest and dispensation granted to the Officer taking the decision or by any Member of the Council in delegating responsibility for any specific express delegation:

There were no conflicts of
interest.
