Decision to abandon the procurement the contract for CPF1393-17 –
Specialist Environmental Advice Framework, following an OJEU EU
tender process.

Decision Taken:

To abandon this procurement.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

Given the significant delays to this procurement, there is a clear risk
that the Tender responses will no longer be representative of current
bidders’ resources, and/or that the Tender prices submitted back in
2019 will no longer be representative of market conditions and
pricing.

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

Continuation of the procurement, and subsequent award of places on
the Framework Arrangement.

Details of any conflict of interest and dispensation granted to the Officer taking the decision or by any Member of the Council in delegating responsibility for any specific express delegation:

None.
