Decision to award Framework Agreements for OJ/S S105-184290-2014-EN Southern Construction Framework (Lot 1 South West) following an OJEU EU Restricted Procedure process.
To award Framework Agreements (subject to due diligence) to the below organisations. The framework will commence on April 30th 2015, for the period of 48 months. It has been agreed that the Framework will become operational for DCC and SW partners from October 2015, when the current arrangements (Construction Framework South West) expire. Decision to award framework agreements for appointment to the SW Lot of the Southern Construction Framework to the following construction contractors (in no order of precedence):
1. Balfour Beatty
2. BAM Construction Ltd
3. Bouygues UK Ltd
4. Galliford Try Construction
5. ISG Construction Ltd
6. Kier Construction Ltd
7. Midas Construction ltd
8. Morgan Sindall plc
9. Wates Construction Ltd
10. Willmott Dixon Construction Ltd
Decision taken on the basis of these construction contractors having achieved the highest overall scores within a best value procurement procedure, having submitted the Most Economically Advantageous Tenders (MEAT) in relation to this process. This will form the South West Lot of the new Southern Construction Framework.
An EU compliant Restricted competitive process has been undertaken from which numerous bids were received and evaluated.
No conflict of interest. Responsibility for this decision is delegated to the Head of Business Strategy and Support to make this decision following completion of the relevant formal procurement procedures.
