Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken based on the supplier(s) achieving the highest overall score within a best value tender (combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A competitive process was undertaken from which one bid was received these were considered as part of the formal evaluation process and assesses for commercial viability.

There are no conflicts of interest or dispensations granted to any officers involved in this project.
