To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above contract. The contract will commence on 15^th August 2022, for a period of 8 Months.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

The decision has been taken on the basis of supplier achieving the best overall score for a best value tender (optimum combination of whole-life costs and quality) in line with the European Procurement Directives award procedure of Most Economically Advantageous Tender (MEAT).

Summary of Alternatives or Options considered and rejected:

A competitive process was undertaken during which four suppliers were invited to submit bids as part of the formal quotation process. Two bids were received.
