Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

As the value of the contract is below £100,000, the Authority’s Formal Quotation process was followed as part of which 5 tenderers were invited to submit their bids, in response to which four tenders were received and were subsequently evaluated as set out in the procurement documents.

The decision has been taken based on the outcome of the tender evaluation scores which identified the above company’s tender submission as the most economically advantageous tender.
