Decision to award the Authority’s Contract for Haulage of Mid-Devon District Council’s Residual & Garden Waste:
To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above service.
The service will commence on 1st December 2018 and expires on 31st March 2021 with option to extend the contract by periods totaling a maximum of 3 further years:

An Open Procedure tendering exercise has been undertaken in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
The decision has been taken based on the outcome of the tender evaluation scores which identified the above company’s tender submission as the most economically advantageous tender.
