Decision to award the Authority’s Contract for the provision of waste marketing services (CP1645-18)

Decision Taken:

To award a contract to the below organisation for the provision of the above service.

RH Advertising Limited, Richmond Court, Emperor Way, Exeter. EX1 3QS
Company Registration Number and legal form: 3909789– Limited Company.

The service will commence on 1st April 2019 and expires on 31st March 2022 with option to extend the contract by periods totaling a maximum of 2 further years.

Summary of Reason(s) for Decision Taken:

An Open Procedure tendering exercise has been undertaken in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.

The Authority received 10 tenders which were evaluated in accordance with the criteria and process set out in the Invitation To Tender following which the organisation identified in section 2 above achieved the highest score and was identified as the successful bidder.
