We have other staff who have TUPE transferred into DCC on other Councils’ T&C’s. These people are on NJC SCPs but we have excluded them from this data due to the low numbers making individuals identifiable (i.e. less than 5).

Devon County Council does not currently calculate its ethnicity pay gap therefore we do not hold this information.  These figures are something the Council is considering producing in the future.
