I am making an enquiry into the damage caused to a street light outside the post office on West Street Axminster, a RTA was recorded involving a bus and a cherry picker on 17/11/2017, I can see from Google maps that the street light has been repaired sometime between 17/11/2017 and May 2018 and would urgently request some documentation in respect of this.
In particular do you have the repair documentation, or a report as to how the light became damaged?
Google is valid to show the street light has been worked on but the work was in relation to an upgraded. We have not repaired or replaced any equipment as a result of a RTA and we therefore do not hold the information requested.
