Devon County Council can confirm the requested information is held and is intended for future publication by the 31st March 2024. Given that information is currently being worked on and that the publication date is imminent, we consider it reasonable to withhold this information at this time.
The Council has considered the public interest in releasing this information and recognises there is a public interest in openness and transparency. However, it is not reasonable to divert resources from core functions to release this information in advance of its planned publication date and therefore, the balance of public interest weighs in favour of withholding this information from disclosure at this time.
