This information is based on duration from start to end for each contact form. Some delays are at the request of the person, due to factors such as health problems / hospital stays etc.

Annual spend 2022/3 was £421,500 (includes staff, travel and equipment costs). Previous years were similar (minus inflation).

No formal measurement in place, but we do have a compliments / complaints procedure.
