We should clarify that these figures are the updated figures given in the Highway and Traffic Orders Committee (HATOC) presentation on 6th June 2022, which included 8 additional responses which had not been processed at the time the HATOC report was printed. It should also be noted that 2 respondents gave a neutral response, hence why the sum of the answers to 2 and 3 does not equal the answer to 1.
