Documentation regarding the cutting back of vegetation along A30 westbound from Alphington / Ide roundabout to Ide which is taking place at present.
*I would like to know why the works were carried out and who gave the order to carry out the work.
*Why it was considered necessary to reduce the natural barrier between the A30 and C50/Ide Village Road both along the A30 and along the C50 just where all the dwellings are.
*Why was it considered to make such drastic reduction in vegetation at this section and not further along on the C50 towards the Ide roundabout where there are no dwellings.
The A30 trunk road is the responsibility of National Highways and it is likely they have commissioned this work, therefore this information is not held.
