Unfortunately we are unable to supply the full data requested at the present time, as we consider that disclosing certain data may unfairly bias the outcomes of the Statutory Consultation relating to the Heavitree and Whipton Active Streets Trial data.
This information is therefore exempt from disclosure under Section 22 of the Freedom of Information Act (Information Intended for Future Publication). Devon County Council can confirm the requested information is held but is intended for future publication. The Council has considered the public interest in releasing this information and recognises there is a public interest in openness and transparency. However, there is a stronger public interest in not affecting the outcome of the Statutory Consultation. Therefore the balance of public interest weighs in favour of withholding this information from disclosure.
However, the 2-way average 12-hour total vehicular count recorded on Pinhoe Road west between 07/08/23 and 30/11/23 was 13,728 and on 28/09/23 it was 13,784.
We also intend to publish a fuller breakdown of data before the end of June following the conclusion of the Statutory Consultation in May
