Under the FOI act, I require all documents, emails, and any other relevant information relating to the proposed relocation of Tipton St John Primary school during the timeframe 1st March 2022 to 31st October 2022.
I understand a small amount may be redacted, and I require full documents, emails etc, not simply a statement saying that they exist. This will be easy for your admin team to conduct searches electronically.
I am particularly interested in any communication to/from the Department for Education, East Devon District Council, Devon County Council, the school itself, and the Diocese of Exeter and associated shared documents.
We can confirm that there were no proposals to relocate the school at this time, just work on getting the funding from Department for Education and some site searches and options. To extract the various correspondence would take longer than 18 hours and therefore, compliance with this request would exceed the appropriate cost limit under Section 12 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 which is £450 or 18 hours of officer time
