Please provide the following 

1) The comments by Devon County Council on the consultation draft of the Exeter Plan October 2023 – January 2024.

Devon County Council can confirm the requested information is held; however, the Council cannot disclose personal information if releasing it would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018. In this instance release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore the information is withheld.

2) Any subsequent substantive communications about the relationship between the Exeter Plan and the draft Local Transport Plan.

Exeter City Council officers were invited to take part in a Vision and Objectives online engagement session in June 2023. One officer attended.

Exeter City Council officers were invited to contribute to an Issues and Actions online engagement in August 2023 and provided with the final LTP 4 Vision and Objectives document.

Exeter City Council officers were invited to pre-consultation stakeholder engagement in June 2024. This consisted of a 1 hour online webinar presenting the content of the Local Transport Plan to district officers ahead of the public consultation. Two officers attended.

Information about the 8 week public consultation period (1 October 2024 – 30 November 2024) was shared with Exeter City Council officers on Friday 27 September. This included an invitation to a stakeholder online webinars on 8 October and 18 November. Exeter City Council are invited to provide an official stakeholder response to the Devon and Torbay Local Transport Plan consultation.
