1. A copy of the Temporary Traffic Regulation Order (TTRO) ref: TTRO 2140907 received from Baker Estates.
Baker Estates did not submit a numbered TTRO, Devon County Council issue the TTRO. A copy of all documents gathered in response to the this and the following 2 questions can be viewed on this Devon County Council webpage.
Devon County Council recognises that there is a public interest in openness and transparency. However, we are not obliged to provide information that is the personal information of another person if releasing would contravene any of the provisions in the Data Protection Act 2018. You will, therefore, find some information has been redacted as we believe that the release of this information would contravene the first data protection principle and therefore section 40(2) is applied. For these reasons the Council considers that the balance of public interest weighs in favour of withholding this information from disclosure.
2. A copy of all supporting documents relating to the TTRO above received from Baker Estates. These documents to include all responses as part of the applicant’s consultation with those affected as described in this extract from DCC guidance to applicants (TTRW-G11 Section 1). This should include Emergency Services, Waste and other Local Council Services, local businesses, school, community facilities, parish councils and residents who may be affected prior to making an application.
Refer to question 1 response above. It is understood that the applicant did not carry out consultation for this TTRO and it was subsequently revoked.
